"While I love going here for the fresh juices and lattes, I have had some issues as of late with a young woman working who is not so pleasant. I ordered a caramel latte and the gentleman took my order, and she made the latte. She made the wrong size and no flavor and when I asked she said, “You didn’t pay for any caramel.” Then the young gentleman came over and said it was his fault he didn’t convey it to the girl making the drink. But this has happened a few times now, where she has been loud and rude about it, causing embarrassment. I frequent this wonderful place daily, if not twice a day, and don’t know what to do about this situation that keeps happening. I am a polite person and would never cause a scene or be upset for a mistake. I am however upset that this young woman is constantly rude to me. I see her interact with other people and it’s a complete difference in attitude towards them and myself. Will I still come in? Yes. But it’s pretty hurtful. I wish someone could talk to her about being kind."

"My wife and I love this place. The produce is very fresh, the cheese selection is amazing and the butcher, seafood and hot selections are amazing. One of the best things about Guidos though has to be the cafe. Their seasonal selections are always good and for their flavored coffees they make all of their own syrups and flavoring and don’t use off the shelf syrups. Everyone has always been very friendly and helpful and anytime we go through the area it’s a must stop. We’ve even planned trips around just going to Guidos and we live 2 hours away from the one in Pittsfield."

"The food here is great. The service could be better we ordered three sandwiches waited for over a half an hour only two came out she never made the third sandwich. So we didn't have to wait longer he just took a couple slices of cold pizza."
