"The cider doughnuts are a 5 but, their customer service is a negative 3. Customers are not allowed to use the bathrooms. The employee I asked walked away on the phone. So I used the bathroom that looked like it was for customers. The attractive woman at the cash register was extremely rude to me afterwards. Nowhere did it say, “Employees Only” or “No Public Toilet.” It was an honest mistake but she made it clear that I was a bad person. The baked goods we bought, we enjoyed on the wooden tables outside (where we didn’t have to see the rude folks inside)."
