"I was just traveling through North Adams for the first time. The rest of the staff was nice except for this blond older lady who followed us around the whole time. The cashier who cashed me out was extremely snotty. His name was Jordan. He made ridiculous facial expressions at my grandmother. I work in retail and I know workers can have rough days but this was definitely a personality thing. If that’s how you talk to customers you shouldn’t be in retail. Extremely unpleased. Apparently other people know about him too. We definitely will go somewhere else whenever we go back to town."
