"Excellent location to walk to Mass MoCA and to restaurants in the area. Nice, clean, and comfortable room. Beautiful views. Quiet. I really liked being able to walk through the galleries there and sitting quietly in the lobby area with my coffee and my book in the morning. I hope to stay again."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and we have very much enjoyed staying here. We have family in the area and use this hotel every time we visit as we have found it to be the best value in the area. We utilized the pool in the basement nearly every day. The hot tub could be a little hotter. In the room, the remote for the TV didn't work well, but we forgot to report this and this was a one time issue. Charging my devices was somewhat annoying as I have computer + watch + phone, etc and outlets were inconveniently located in the room. Having power available on a bedside able would be helpful. The Qi charger on the alarm clock is neat, but I need to plug-in to AC. 5 Stars because I'm very happy with the experience and I find these items to be "wish list" and not demands in any way."

"I loved this hotel - the entrance was chic and comfortable, and the coffee and water in the lobby were delicious. The staff was super friendly, courteous, and helpful. And the rooms were spacious with some of the most comfortable beds I've slept on at a hotel. Best of all was the location, walking distance to exploring North Adams and close to all nearby attractions. Will hope to be back!"
