"You can’t get a better creamery than this! The place is authentic New England with cows on site and views are incredible. The ice cream is with the price you pay so rich and creamy. The milk and butter is also the best quality.the dairy is very generous and donates to local charity. I don’t like the lines so I just buy a pint and get a spoon and eat it straight from the container!"
"This is one of my favorite places in the world. I love getting a cheese board and sitting out with the beautiful view of the mountains. The ice cream is delicious as well, especially the purple cow flavor. I love seeing the cows and especially the calves. They are so sweet. I'd love to take a tour or have some more informative material to read about the cows but otherwise I love this place and look forward to going back whenever I can."
"Wow! I visited with a group and we loved the ice cream, cheeses, and (of course) meeting all the cows. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable; we learned a lot about the history of High Lawn, the cheesemaking process, and what makes these Jersey cows so special. The technology at the farm is so interesting too. No surprise that they've been around 100 years and are still making huge strides forward!"
"Google Maps identifies this place as an ice cream shop; but wow…that’s just the tip of the ice cream cone… Driving to the farm we passed by many acres of land that are part of this impressive dairy operation, and many dairy cows. The main complex is impressive in scale and the buildings reminiscent of something one might imagine in Bavaria. In addition to the milking barn and other collateral areas, there is a small farm store offering High Lawn and other specialty products (fresh milk; the house ice creams packed in containers; various cheeses made on the premises; meat; honey; breads; etc. Some pretty amazing ice cream is available next to the parking area (just outside the farm store). If you’re interested in interacting with some friendly dairy cows, some are kept in a fenced area — the cows will come up to the fence."
