Club Wyndham Bentley Brook

"We booked our ski weekend for January in October. Two days before we were due to check in, we got an email from Wyndham informing us that they were overbooked and needed to cancel our room. No notice at all. They were no help and just didn't care. We purchased ski tickets, equipment, clothing etc... Image our surprise when they canceled our trip two days before arrival. I would strongly caution against booking with them now knowing that they can simply just cancel your booking a day in advance and offer no compensation for what we lost."

"This resort only uses Extra Holidays for their booking and they canceled our reservation 2 days before our arrival. We booked months in advance and were told the resort was overbooked and our room was canceled. Ruined our vacation with extended family, my kids were devastated. They had no reason other than overbooked!!! Absurd/unfair/horrible treatment to the customer. They took a higher price I’m sure, disgusting!"

"The 2 bedroom suite was amazing. it was well accommodated and clean. We were in building 25 so we were not in the same building as the pool, theater, and other amenities. This meant that we did not use any of the other amenities. We did borrow two movies from the service desk. There's a DVD player in the room, and wifi but no smart TV so no Netflix/prime/roku. The resort is right at the bottom of the Jiminy Peak resort so the entrance to Wyndham is chaotic on the weekend. Children swarmed the pools and hot tubs. This place is very family friendly. Everything was clean, employees were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the experience"

"The worst! They called us 36 hours before departure to tell us our room was cancelled. After receiving a confirmation email two days ago. Stay away from this place. May look nice but not worth the headache trying to rebook and hundreds of dollars of ski tickets already purchase stay away !!"

"This is a beautiful resort! The view of the fall foliage was amazing. It is in a remote location which is exactly what we were hoping for. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a small balcony. This is a fantastic place to stay! My one recommendation to the resort is to put in better light bulbs - the bright LED bulbs are very difficult on the eyes - please try the yellow or softer lighting."
