"I stayed here for one night and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I was wrongfully charged a pet fee for my emotional support animal despite presenting official paperwork. Additionally, the room I stayed in was incredibly dirty. There were stains on the walls and in the morning I noticed there were ants all over the room, mainly climbing through the crack in between the floor and the shower in the bathroom. Management was incredibly dismissive of the ant infestation and despite my continued follow ups to try and reach a manager or owner, no one ever called me back."

"Stayed there because snowstorm started and needed to sleep through it. It is ok I guess, not the cleanerst but ok for one stay. Swimming pool was closed, water drained, even though website and outdoor sign where saying swimming pool was available. I paid but more to have that and that was a bummer. Checking took a while, and coffee in a hallway was not good. Ok for emergency I guess .."

"The hotel room I stayed in had a huge hole in the window. Otherwise the stay was good. They serve breakfast in the morning too."

"Booked for the pool called in advance was told was running, get to room and wasn't clean couch cushions from a different couch, reception didn't speak English. Changed rooms to a smaller room with no kitchen, breakfast was minimal. Motel was full so don't say can't afford better then that. And can't afford new furniture come on. And I got a big 20$ discount for the inconvenience"

"Do not go to this hotel, please see the picture for your reference. Room 112 is worst and front desk male employee useless to speak with him. This hotel is operated by Indian owners management. I had a reservation for two days. Kelly one of their sales team, she called and mentioned “I don’t have any double bed rooms inside of the hotel, I have only one room which was 112.” I was like blindly said ok, which was my mistake. Anyway I got the room, with in an hour I found the bugs in the room and showed the picture to front desk to change another room. I never see this kind of person in any hotel front desk’s staff. He didn’t want to change the room, want us to stay in the same room or I had to checkout. How can I leave if I’m from out of state resident, without no humanity from this staff. He called Kelly, she said the same as above. How these people don’t have common sense and no customer service even mistake on their side. I don’t have no words to explain anymore about my unpleasant experience visit this hotel. Please see these reviews before you book the room, this isn’t even worth for anything. Worst customer service, no humanity to their staff, waste of money and no peace."
