The dentist and the support staff were incredible, guiding me through every step of the process. Moreover, the place was exceptionally clean. "Another great experience at New Baltimore Family Dentistry. For starters, Michelle, the dental hygienist that ‘worked’ on me is just the absolute best there is. Friendly and competent, she makes me feel at ease, explains things so I can understand and is in every respect a true professional. Then there is Dr. Ross Morgan, a dentist like no other. Dr. Morgan is down to earth and takes the time to explain things to you in layman’s terms. His easy going demeanor makes you feel at ease, well, as much at ease as you can feel at a dentists office. (Ha). The folks that both check you in and then check you out are professional and most importantly, fun and friendly. Probably like most people, I don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but here, I almost look forward to my visits…almost. But when all is said and done, there is no dentist practice I’d rather go to."

He spoke with me and made sure I was comfortable. He gave me options instead of just rushing me out. His assistant was great as well. I felt welcomed and comfortable the whole time.
