"I would really recommend not going here.Most of the staff is very nice Unfortunately I truly believe they try to get as much money out of your insurance as possible I had zero tooth pain before I came to this office I was told I needed a root canal I had the procedure done and have had pain ever since its been one year later still bothersome now unbearable I will be going to another dentist to fix what they have caused."

"I went to Coxsackie dental in the start of December to get a filling done. I was told the filling would be anywhere from 49-70$. After speaking to the dentist and another employee we agreed to do 1 filing. After it was done and I was charged $240. I asked why the cost was so high and I was told 70$ for a filling and $170 for a Core Buildup. I had never heard of a Core Buildup until I was charged for it. I said I don't know what that is and they had the employee tell me, it is some type of cleaning. I asked if we planned to do this or if it was decided while in my mouth? She said well it was something that had to happen eventually anyway. I was told that I had the right to make my own dental decisions. Not have someone do work on me, which I had no idea was being done and then tell me it is a service that is not covered my insurance. I am very frustrated with the situation and feel as if I have be robbed $170."

"Today I went for a root canal I was very nervous due to bad dental experiences at other facilities. Well let me tell you' they were great! The Dr. Talked to me , explained everything to me and that made me feel more at ease. I felt no pain. The staff were all very friendly and professional. "Dr. Vasu and his assistant Sarah made what should have been a fear filled dental visit an almost pleasure. (I needed 7 fillings... nothing could make that a pleasure) Dr. Vasu's calm demeanor and Sarah's ability to know what he needed when he needed it, made for a uniquely non-traumatic dental experience. Shout out to the front desk staff also... they all had a great sense of humor and helped put my frayed nerves at ease."
