This was a first time for Murray to change the oil on a Mercedes Sprinter Van and they went beyond to learn how and to show me all of the steps. Not quite 5 stars as I had to return one vehicle for brake rotors changing that were warped that they changed 1 week prior. That being said, they put the issue right which is all I could ask for!
