"Used to be a solid location. Now this place is run-down and only had one worker. Ordered turkey, and it more resembled a slab of plastic with a slimy texture than turkey. Mashed potatoes were alright. Not good, but alright. Got sick from this meal. 4-5 years ago, this same location had really delicious food and the service was welcoming. A really clean location too, back then. Really made me sad seeing the state of this location."
"They never told us before ordering that there were only warm cans of coke bc machine is broken or that they were put of the cornbread that was supposed to come with out meals on top of being dirty and out of half of the sides. Of ans she charged us for the drinks even though I pointed on the sign and said online it says it comes with the meal. So we paid for our nasty warm cans of coke twice. This place needs to be shut down. 3 Other couples came in looked and walked back out."
"This Boston market is sorry! I’ve tried to order from them through DoorDash 3 times recently and they didn’t have ANYTHING! Down to the chicken. How don’t you ever have chicken & you’re known for your chicken! Safe to say I’ll never be ordering from them again."
"I can not rate the food because they didn’t have any! We stopped here along a day long drive. Specifically stopped early to avoid this exact issue (since we have been let down by other Boston Markets). The store hours were listed until 9 pm. We arrived at 6:45 and they had no food. They were “finishing up a few door dash orders before closing at 7”. They didn’t have enough food to fill our orders. I got my kids out of the car while my husband waited. Other people were behind us in line They did not have a sign on the door to inform anyone. We had waited in line for several minutes before anyone said anything. Plenty of people wanted to eat here but they not only were closing 2 hours early, they couldn’t even feed those who arrived before their unannounced early closing time. So disappointed. Go to the other end of the building and eat at Ciao Italian Grill. Food was good. Quick service. Grateful they were near by."
