"Absolutely the worst experience of my life. This was my first time getting my hair done at ulta. I booked a full highlight with Taylor. I came in with many pictures of how my previous stylist did my hair, as well as told her exactly what I wanted. A full highlight, bright face frame, a root smudge, and ash tone. I cannot believe what I left with. My hair is fried. The front of my hair is HIGHLIGHTER YELLOW. The rest of my highlights are chunky, given hot roots, no root smudge, no tone, and the highlight placement is a mess. I was changed $241 that ulta isn’t refunding yet. I told this stylist that it was too yellow and I wanted it tones and she snapped back with saying that my hair lifts yellow. I’ve had blonde hair for 10+ years and never had an issue. I had to go to another stylist immediately after to fix her mess . Today in total I’ve spent over $500 for highlights. Ulta is not getting back to me on a refund. I will NEVER shop here again. Take this as a warning to never get your hair done at ulta! Refund my money! Funny how immediately after I posted a negative review on Taylor atleast 3 positive reviews came up! Taylor photo shops her picture of hair she’s done. She also does hair on her friends and that takes top priority to her! I’ll be speaking with corporate regarding the health of my hair now!"
