"Great Experience and Customer Service. We got new tires here a few years ago. Recently, I had work done at my dealership, and they told me I needed 2 new tires because of nails, and they couldn't be patched. I called back to Werbany, and they said since you purchased the tires here, we will attempt to fix for free. I went to them years ago because of Price, but I stayed because of service. 100% Recommend."

"I brought my trailer and truck there needed a new tire on the trailer. The guy who rang me up super nice. Tire got put on and I asked them if they could check trailer tire for correct pressure and front two tires on steer. The shop was completely empty no cars in the stalls. And the owner starts getting nasty with me and tells me I can’t block the stalls. He then tells me to go pull around back. So I do and then all the sudden the owner explodes on me and starts telling me he did the job to cheap for me like I set the price of the job! Starts telling me I’m a business owner and can fill up my own air. I’m 65 ft and if any one knows new jersey there’s like one truck stop. I’ve been to many tires shops and usually you don’t have to ask for them to check tires. First for safety second cause that’s what they do. Most of them do free tire checks and you can pull up and be on your way within minutes. And you’re trying to gain the business of a possible future customers. Idk the name of the owner but he’s a hot head and feel bad for his employees. Because they apologized to me like it happens on the time. Super disrespectful and way uncalled for to go from 0-100 and every word out of your mouth was the f word just because (not you owner) but someone else was filling my tires. I just want the owner to see this and maybe sleep on it and try not to be such a hot head to his employees and customers. 5 stars for the 2 employees I dealt with though!"

"I’ve lived in Blackwood for 33 years my FJ cruiser that belong to my wife for years. There’s no stranger to tire town three times I had to factory tires installed on that car. If I remember correctly it used to come to around $1000. Today I went over there for a leaking valve stem, and a slow leak I was asked if I bought those tires there the tires that were on there I did not. But what does that matter I brought business there the man in charge was downright ignorant. If he did look my name up, he would’ve seen how much business I’ve done with them Over the years if it goes back that far unless they’re the only tire place left in New Jersey I don’t think I’ll ever go back there. I will say this the guys that work there are great and I think the one recognized me again I had three sets of tires installed on this exact vehicle at that establishment . Totally disgusting."

"Fast, affordable service!!! Needed a new valve stem with a pressure sensor put on one of my SUV tires. Was in and out in 15 minutes and cost $50. Keep up the great work fellas!!"
