"I walked in to Sally’s on Kirkwood Highway in Delaware this evening I was not greeted nor was I helped. I was the only customer in the store for 15 mins before the next customer walked in who was greeted warmly. The employees then proceeded to leave me standing at the register for another 10 mins and when she did decide to ring up my merchandise she did not bother to say thank you. I go to Sally’s regularly and this is the worst service I have ever received. I truly feels like it had something to do with my skin color. Truly upset"

"I've never lightened my hair before, which is dark brown. I went there because i figured it would be easy to get help from a professional beauty shop but instead was surrounded by a crew that was over worked and thus not so eager to help. Two girls gave me two different halfa**ed answers. Finally after reading through about 10 products I finally went up to a woman he was unloading boxes and I asked her about a product and she said she stopped and took the time and help me find what I needed and taught me a few tricks before and after bleaching. I gave her 5 Stars she was a redhead pretty lady. But my rest of the experience was pretty bad. It's a shame with this world has come to that they make their people work so hard with little help. they can't even do their job anymore. Since I had never been to the beauty store I felt the prices were a little high but she managed to get me out of there with paying only $22."
