"Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very helpful. I was able to match my old pin oak hardwood floors so that I could have the same floors throughout my house. Not an easy task to match 60 year old floors. Couldn't ask for better more reliable service. Also, got a beautiful composite deck from them. Highly recommend."
"Staff was very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. My products came when promised and delivered appropriately. I would recommend Dubin Lumber to everyone! 5 stars"
"Free delivery on orders over $100. Great staff and very helpful. The big box stores wanted $75 to deliver a couple pieces of wood for a small greenhouse project only a half mile away. Got everything I needed at Suburban delivered. Thanks"
"My business has been sourcing our materials from Suburban since 2008 and I can honestly say I have never had a negative experience with them. Always deliver on time and have the materials we need. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Highly recommended"
"BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered 2 doors and had to pay in full to place the order. I was told I'd have them within 8 weeks (MAXIMUM) but most likely within 4-6 weeks. At 10 weeks I was told they were delivered "damaged" and that they needed another week to have them "repaired"... but not to be concerned about their condition. The next week, after not hearing anything back, I called to get a status update. I was told AGAIN that they need yet ANOTHER week. I still haven't received the doors and keep getting promised that they're "on their way". STILL WAITING for my DAMAGED doors. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and buy elsewhere!"
