"I would occasionally find more interesting items in the past, but I continue to stop by when I have a chance to check them out. Even though I hardly ever find anything of interest to me anymore, I like the thrill of the hunt. Two of the ladies who work at the register are especially friendly and polite. That’s very important. When you depend on people’s generosity and donations to keep the business alive, you better step up your game when it comes to customer service and good manners, which needs to start with the people collecting donations at the door and go all the way to the store manager. This topic aside, I want to believe they serve the West Philly community well."

"Like any thrift store, it is hit or miss on any given day. Today, for example, I didn't see much I liked for men/women/boys, but I found some really adorable toddler girl shirts. The toddler shirts and pants were each $1.50, toddler sweater was $2.50, toddler vest $4.95. We've also had good luck in the past with finding winter hats and scarves here. The household section is mainly dishes and glassware, with a few other odds and ends. They also have a furniture section that frequently has some nice items. On the whole, I've had a positive experience with friendly staff when donating and buying and have had some good finds. My main negative is that the clothing is not organized by size at all, or if it ever was attempted, it must not last for long. So if you're looking for newborn versus 2T, you'll have to check every item on the little kids rack. Similar for adult clothing, like women's shirts, not really grouped by S/M/L."
