Wendy's

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This is one of the worst meals/experiences I've had in a long time. First, the staff is rude - they're basically like, "what do you want?" and on top of that, don't bother asking them any questions because they'll talk to you like you're stupid. I ordered my food and went to get a drink but almost every mainstream soda was out (see picture) - not that you would want a drink from this place anyway. The drink machine was also disgusting (again see picture). It splatted a black oily substance all over my hand. Fortunately, I was able to get ginger ale (although it had a red hue to it). Finally, the food was awful. I live literally 2 minutes away and the food was cold. Not even lukewarm, just flat-out cold. I mean, I'm kind of scared to eat this meal. I'll post again (if I survive). It's clearly evident that the employees (management included) DO NOT CARE."

"I just left Wendy’s across from SU where I ordered 4 $5 bags. The person on the speaker had an attitude after I declined whatever sandwich they were pushing today. They had me pull up to the black little gate to wait for my order. A really nice girl brought the order out. I peeked in the 2 bags for the 4 $5 bags and went home thinking everything was all good. I get all the way to my house and start passing out the bags and found that 2 of the 4 piece nuggets were missing so of course I call immediately only to get hung up on twice and no one to answer the other 15 times I called. Absolutely piss poor service. I’m being generous with the 2 stars and that’s just because the young lady that brought the food out was super nice. The food was mediocre at best."

"Walked in this location, saw how dirty it was, and walked right back out to drive to the other Wendy's across town. Fast food or not, hold your employees to a higher standard of cleanliness because nobody wants to eat in a dining room full of trash. Gross."

"There is a young man who works here idk his name but I'll update this post. He is very polite kind and when he noticed the kitchen staff messing around with mt order and off task he was quick to ensure my food was correct. I realized that day it was his bday and went back a few days ago and he was working again. The only one not laughing and joking around and playing around. Once I return and get his name I will 100% include it here as he definitely cares about customer service and getting the job done."
