"I wanted to take a moment to call out Chelsea from Simon Eye in Middletown. I had problem with my glasses-the rubber coating kept peeling off-and Chelsea helped me with a replacement pair of frames. When the problem happened again, Chelsea was there to help me select new frames and made sure I had what I needed. To my surprise, I had an issue with the lenses on the new pair! Fortunately, Chelsea was able to diagnose the problem and get right to work on getting me new lenses. She even adjusted my old glasses so that they would look ok while I waited for the replacements. What sets Chelsea apart from a lot of people who work with the public is her positive attitude and willingness to help. I am always happy when I get assigned to Chelsea because I know it will be a pleasant experience and I know I am dealing with a competent and reliable professional. Chelsea deserves a raise!"

"I ordered my glasses and spent upwards of $700 3 1/2 weeks ago to be told today that there was a defect in my glasses after I called them yesterday to ask them What was the status of my glasses since I have not received them yet, nor did I receive a phone call to let me know that they are ready for pick up Only to be told there was a defect in my left lens. No one called me. No one said anything I had to call them and do their job for them after spending my hard earned money on their glasses if it’s going to be like that I’ll spend zero dollars and go to the Dog gone VA this is atrocious ridiculous and irritating. I’m walking around with no pair glasses because these people decide to drop the ball not call me say a word to me about what is going on with my glasses only for me to call them and find out that they are not ready. Still three weeks later Just a heads up before you go to this place you may wanna do some research and verify and make sure that they’re not gonna screw you over like they try to do me ridiculous no accountability. Update: I got a call yesterday from the manager she apologize profusely for the situation to happened.She assured me that is something that normally does not happen and to make up for it. She gave me a $75 rebate on my glasses which person I feel is the perfect amount for an apology. It doesn’t need to be crazy amount for me I don’t like when people try to make it seem like it’s not their fault however they took ownership. I appreciate that and because of that I have changed my stars and my glasses are ready today. I was upset at first however they fixed it and I want everyone to know that they did do their diligence after the situation went down the way It did, so I’m happy to say that I will continue to keep going to the same Simons , thank you for fixing my situation."
