"Honestly I hate leaving reviews but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a physician. I first went late October after calling 15 times to book an appointment and no one picked up. I drove to the office. I was told by the doctor that I needed an appointment. I said I called for weeks and no one picked up. He said sorry to hear that let’s get you in November 16 for an appointment. I said what time? He said between 10-12. I arrived at 11 and the office was closed with no instructions why it was closed. I called ten times today and of course no answer. Such a horrible experience and I drove an hour to get here."

Called today and the continuously informed me to hold on, i back after 5 mins and still no appt..mean while in having reaction from the antibiotic that med express has given me for " pnemonia"."
