"Just moved into the area. Got a referral from a neighbor for Dr Deckmann. Called in to setup an appt. They told me I would need to fill out a release form so they could get my records before the appt. And, that I would need to come into the office so I could sign the form. I work and live in Millville so I took off from work for a couple of hours to drive into the office to sign the forms. 10 days later was my appt. Again, took off time from work to make the appt. When I ast down with Dr. Deckmann, he informed me they had not yet received my records, and there was not much he could do without seeing the records. So, I needed to schedule another appointment. On my way out, I stopped at the desk and scheduled another appt, which was 3 months out before an opening was available. And. oh BTW... they couldn't find my release form, can I please fill out another one? Are you kidding me? They lost my release form! So, they let me take off work and keep my appt which resulted in essentially a waste to time for everyone, instead of calling me to reschedule, knowing they didn't have my records yet and had in fact lost my release form. I liked Dr Deckmann when I met him and he seemed a little embarassed that I was not asked to reschedule, so I will give it another shot....."
"I’ve been trying to find answers as to why I’m having this constant pain. I have had EVERY test some even twice within the last year and a half. All this dr continues to tell me nothing is wrong. The nurses in his practice are very sweet and understanding of my situation but still to this day he has NO CLUE. I’m now beyond frustrated and I was giving him one more chance, and he cancels on me. Some drs are A drs and some pass with a C!"
"Dr. Deckmann and his team are simply amazing professionals! From the office to the surgical suite the experience for my husband and myself was top of the line!! My husband had an endoscopy performed by Dr. Deckmann and thankfully he found no issues. Dr. Deckman is also my doctor and we are blessed that we can be his patients!! The surgical team and the staff from registration to post op were excellent. (Heather, Holly and Swan, great professionals). They were all so kind and caring. "Dr Schilli and his nurse are very kind and considerate concerning my hearing issues. We discussed my care and what procedures I needed and to get this scheduled. The checkin procedure was quick and painless and was a pleasure dealing with the receptionist. She was very kind. The office staff for scheduling is lacking. They have an unfeeling or caring demeanor. I tried to schedule my procedure but they have no scheduling available for February, March or April. Why cant i get it done sooner. She gave me a choice of 1 day only which is the last of January. and it happens to be when I'm not available. They made no calendar available for me to review for trying to schedule. I had to find my phone and get the calendar pulled up to review. Your a scheduler, have a calendar nearby for people to look at and review. IS this too much to ask for? The scheduler also wanted on paper a health history when it was given to the doctor and his nurse and entered on their IPAD. using paper is a waste of valuable resources and old and archaic way to practice medicine. This practice needs to use their electronics wisely and use them for everything. To hand me a prescription that I cannot fill until the procedure is scheduled is ridiculous post 3 months guessing if they even do call me. We will see! They expect me to hold onto a prescription for a minimum of three months while i wait for someone in scheduling to call me. This place needs some serious overhauling of scheduling staff. As for the waiting room, it looks like someone's grandmother decorated the place. Looks and feels like a 1990's funeral home. maybe that is why the scheduling staff or so down and nasty."
"Had a very positive experience from the office staff to the nurses to Dr. Anagnostakos, who did my procedure. He has yrs of experience and it shows. Everyone was courteous and helpful at office and endoscopy ctr. Obviously a busy practice and took three months to get an appt. however not a problem since it was not an urgent situation."
