"I Have not been a patient for very long, but every time I have had an appointment here I have had to wait between 30 min to 75 min past my appointment time to see the doctor. This is inexcusable! The office will cancel your appointment if you are running a few minutes late but it seems to be common practice to have the patient wait a long time to see the doctor. FYI...my time is just as valuable as yours! I will be looking for a new office, one that respects my time also!"

"Dr. Milas is an absolute slam-dunk physician! I've never been under the care of a doctor that's so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring for her patients. She's extremely intelligent and up-to-date with the latest in medical and scientific literature, and was able to help me get the exact care I needed. The team she has backing her is also incredibly friendly and welcoming every time I have a visit. The office is always responsive to phone calls and takes the time to hear any concerns/questions I may have on the phone. I've met a lot of doctors, both in my professional and personal life, and I genuinely believe Dr. Milas is a one-in-a-million doctor. Thank you Dr. Milas and team for all your care!"

"Very sad that Kimberly McGuinness left but satisfied with Dr. Erica Milas. However, receptionist are sometimes curt if not rude. The refills of mine and my husbands meds are a nightmare. Our maintenance meds are to go to mail order but are constantly going to CVS instead and I have to make multple calls to correct. Nurse Jenna is wonderful when I see her but I think she's the one who takes care of ned refills?"

"If I could rate this office negative stars, I absolutely would. I have called this office twice, and received the same woman, Antoinette, twice. This woman was absolutely foul, malicious, and incredibly passive when trying to figure out what is going on with trying to schedule to see my physician, whom I’ve been being treated by for a few years now. My physician had switched from Jefferson to Inspira, and I originally thought, “wow, that’s great!”. But now, I am absolutely dreading going to this office and seeing this poor excuse of a health care worker working the front desk, Antoinette. When calling, she would try to rush me off of the phone, was incredibly nasty when I asked why I could not be seen by my physician… who has been treating my family for 20+ years and is the ONLY physician I trust with my care, and wouldn’t bother to take the time out of her oh-so-busy and important schedule to explain to me why I could not be seen other than “you’re not a patient of Inspira”. She would not hear me out, sympathize, or even listen to me at all. This was not a sufficient answer for me, because I had encounters within the Inspira network many a times, so I was not understanding. But, like I said, she did not want to take even a brief moment out of her precious time to discuss anything further with me. Not only was she rude and unbearable toward me, my insurance coordinator, who had been trying to help me set up an appointment, also had a negative experience with this pathetic woman. As a health care professional myself, her behavior toward me was absolutely unwarranted, disrespectful, and should be seen as a disgrace to the Inspira health system. I couldn’t even imagine what it would be like to advocate for my own self if I had not been an occupational therapy practitioner. This reason alone makes me lose faith in our health care system. People like Antoinette make people turn away from seeking help. The ONLY reason I would ever step foot in this office is for the wonderful Dr. Shaw."

"Checking into the new Inspira building is wonderful experience. My 93 yr old father relocated with a new primary care doctor after 20 yrs. Starting over he was nervous. Once we came in the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Everyone is very pleasant. The nursing staff Darlene are friendly and professional. Meeting Dr Milas was fantastic. She took her time with my father, made him feel special. Her intelligence is greatly appreciated and warm kind,caring personality made us see how special she is. Thank you to the entire staff at Inspira can’t wait till our next visit!"
