"Provider I saw was great.. but the practice overall is terrible. You can't ever get an appointment when needed. What good is having a primary care physician if you CAN NEVER GET AN APPOINTMENT WHEN SICK? Usually at least a week long wait... if you need antibiotics or are sick NOW... what good is getting meds 1-2 weeks later? Ridiculous and my family is finding a new practice."

"The doctor is great. But the office staff is just awful! Every time I get a refill, it seems to take well over the "2 business days" it should, if they remember to give me my refill at all. But the billing is even worse. Been fighting with them for months trying to get them to straighten out the code on a lab bill so my insurance will approve it. They have yet to do what was needed, so now I either have to pay the bill I don't actually owe or watch my credit get negatively affected."
