"After sitting on hold for 32 minutes a very rushed and unpleasant women picked up . She must have been working from home I heard kids screaming in the background. I asked to make an appointment, she told me to go on the website and hung up on me ."

"Waited over an hour for a morning appointment and was then screened by an NP. A few days later I discovered that the office that had taken my driver’s license and insurance cards to copy had not returned them to me and I was in Florida by then. When I called the office (calls are now directed to New York City!)they said they didn’t have them but a week later said they did and would mail them to me. Two weeks later I still didn’t have them. When I called again they finally put them in the mail with no apologies. This practice has gone downhill since it joined a New York group. I will not be returning after years of using it."

"Very rude management and inexperienced staff. I work with refugees to help them with their medical needs. After supplying all insurance information they set up an appointment and said it would be covered.. now an elderly Ukrainian man is stuck at their office for hours before I can arrange a ride home because of their mistake. When I called and asked if they could help get the person home since they caused all the issues they yelled at me?!? Then they yelled at the translator I also sent there saying it was ridiculous to ask for anything... I can't speak to their service, but I will be sharing my experience with social services and anyone with a heart that doesn't treat others with disrespect while I'm sure charging fees if you cancel on them.. shameful racists..."

"This place scammed me out of $250. I was seen on 10/17/2023 and no one called me with a follow up. I've been reaching them everyday since my appointment and was always put on hold. I called again on 10/24/2023, they mentioned processing my refund. I was on hold for 45 minutes. Then called back and a lady named Julia answered. Then put me on hold again and the line disconnected. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY SO I CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"DVD is an absolutely excellent facility in every way. I have had Dr. Saruk many years as I find him caring, very knowledgeable and understanding. His staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Great doctor and great staff!!"
