"Overall good experience with Dr. Leidig. Very friendly and knowledgable doctor. Excellent follow up most of the time and helpful staff. The reason for the 4/5 stars is because I was trying to get time sensetive information to a referrring physician and the staff sat on the documents for 3 days after I was told the documents were faxed which turned out to be untrue. When someone is in dire need of specialzied care you should not sit on their information and complain that I am a bother. Its their job!"

"It's been awhile since I've seen a specialist whose front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, AND a physician without an excessive wait time. Add in comprehensive medical care with review of patient information and treatment plan explained. My husband has been a patient for years. Today's appointment was the first where it was necessary for me to attend. Could I be dreaming?? Thank you, Dr. Micklin and staff for being a dream in a nightmare experience!!!"

"Dr. Pastore is a phenomenal cardiologist. He is attentive and listens to all of my issues, and is on top of my health issues as much as any doctor could be. When I state any concerns regarding my health, he responds quickly and answers any questions I may have, as well as making sure to order any necessary testing right away. He is also not quick to give any uneccessary medications, and takes his time to learn your body and your bodies needs before prescribing anything. The office staff is a pleasure, and they always call me back quickly with the results of my testing as well as to make any appointments that are needed. I highly recommend this doctor, and this office!"

"My Doctor (Dr. Micklin) is excellent and the medical technical staff are very good as well. My issue is with the ONGOING LACK OF COMMUNICATIONS from their office. They do NOT return emails and phone calls and do NOT NOTIFY patients of test results...this is not just once but remains an ongoing problem with the office administration. This has been discussed with the office manager who assured me things have been corrected...BUT THEY HAVE NOT! Remember, this is a HEART CARE OFFICE...we are not talking about being notified about unsightly skin rashes or some other non-critical medical condition!"

"I've been here twice. The nurse was good and the doctor was ok, typical routine screening after I had an ER visit. Recommended I have a stress test and a follow-up afterwards. When I came in a few weeks later for the stress test the doctor wasn't available, so they cancelled on me and tried to reschedule. I never got a call/text/voicemail to cancel the appointment, despite reception saying they should have reached out. Mediocre medical care. They didn't seem too concerned about the medical issues at hand, more-so just making sure I come in for "follow-ups" and collecting copays. I'd recommend a different facility for anyone who wants their wellbeing to be a priority."
