"I have been going to this practice for years and never had a bad experience. The office staff is always friendly and kind. Dr. Mroz is exceptional with my care. She is compassionate and listens to all my concerns. I’m so grateful to have a PCP that is so caring and knowledgeable as her! My Husband sees Scott Collin’s and again, he is very compassionate and patient. I am so grateful that I am part of their practice and would highly recommend them."
"I have been a patient for years and have always been taken care of. As of recently (and always), I wanted to give a huge thank you to one of the tech's/front desk staff, MJ. She knows me from being a patient for so long but she always makes a point to ask about me (it's the little things), she always has the best attitude and these past few times I had a couple issues due to insurance and she just went above and beyond to help and guide me when she really didn't have to. Her and all of the front desk staff and techs will keep me coming back forever."
"I already saw the bad reviews but I’m having trouble finding a family doctor that is excepting new patients so I called to see if they are accepting patients anyway and the woman on the phone said they have one person who is accepting patients but isn’t scheduling until June. (Which is 5 months away) I said okay, thank you and she didn’t respond and just HUNG up on me! Extremely rude. I think I dodged a bullet going to this practice."
"This office does not have same day sick appointments for their patients. Not even children. If you have any symptoms that mimic Covid, forget about it, they won't schedule you, they will tell you, you have to go to a walk in clinic. Ya know, like a child with severe allergies, asthma. Nope, forget about it. My son has been to our local Urgent Care more, then to see our actual Dr. The main lady that answers the phone is extremely unfriendly and uncompassionate. I was in the hospital all weekend, first thing Monday morning, I call for an apt with MY PCP. NO APTS AVAILABLE. They can schedule me on Tuesday to see a NP, that I have never seen before. I go to my apt on Tuesday, we don't have you in the system until tmrw! I leave the Drs office in tears, as my body is attacking itself right now and I am in severe pain. This has happened multiple times mind you, with apts for my son and myself over the last couple of years that I have been with this office. I see said NP, never met her before. I am not even sure how she is able to keep her license to work with people, especially sick people. After going over everything that has happened in the last two weeks and what is going on with me, and being in the hospital all weekend, the only question she asked me out of everything...was "Are you in Therapy?" While I visibly show signs of what is going on with me. I walked out of that Drs office yesterday with absolutely ZERO help from her. I had to ask her to AT LEAST run some vitamin panels, please! As I just got done explaining to her that my mother has a B-12 Deficiency. Didn't even pull blood work to check my Lymes levels, after I told her I have Lymes Disease. But...wait a minute, shouldn't that be in MY PATIENT FILE?!? after explaining to her that I have had other specialists say that unfortunately they think I am going to be looking at an autoimmune disease. OMG!!! So, needless to say I walked out of the Drs office yesterday and will never be returning!"
"I’m new to area and called to schedule a annual physical check. The receptionist booked me for new patient appointments but didn’t tell me she booked me for new patients. I have high deductible insurance plan, which covers physical but not new patients - I know that, so I always just book physical check every year. I went in assuming that I’m having a physical. I was in and out in less than 10 mins, was confused, then got a large bill. I disputed the charge, they said they don’t record the phone calls, and can’t waive the charge. However if I leave the bill running for two billing circles, it would be written off and it doesn’t go on my credit reports. Now one year has gone passed, all of a sudden they are threatening me of sending the bill to the collection company. I tried to call the billing multiple times this week but can never get through. Why should I pay for something I never asked for?"
