"Doctor is fantastic! But, no one answers the phone any more. "Leave a message. We will return your call at OUR earliest convenience.""
"According to my health insurance website this practice is accepting new patients. When I called I spoke to a very hateful, rude woman on the phone (who practically screamed in my ears the whole conversation) and she gruffly informed me that I needed to be accepted first and that could take 4 to 5 months! No thank you! I will go elsewhere! Judging by the other comments on here, your receptionist really needs some sensitivity training!"
"I made a request for a refill on my EpiPen through my new insurance. A week later, the receptionist left me a message to let me know that the nurse practitioner had left in January (it was now May). I called back to ask what my options were given that I need an EpiPen. She said that the doctor would have to decide if I could be a patient there and that I couldn’t get a refill in the meantime. This would have been understandable if I was told months ago that the NP I have seen for years was leaving. Unfortunately, many other practices in the area aren’t taking new patients for months, but I will be waiting for one of them and going to the CVS minute clinic in the meantime for the EpiPen."
"I was a patient of Liz Sipala until she left the practice the end of January. I didn't even know she was leaving until my prescription needed to be refilled! I was told that I would be on Dr. Delboy's " list" and apparently did not make "the cut" and would not be able to get any more refills. Not a very good way to run a practice or treat their patients."
"I called to ask about a prescription refill. I recently moved and just need a refill to get me through the next month until I see my new doctor. The receptionist was so incredibly rude and had the worst attitude. She acted like I was interrupting her day. Pretty messed up to do to someone with crippling anxiety, especially when the call was about my anxiety and needing my medication for it. Worst attitude ever! Don't waste your time here."
