"Good food, great service, and a nice atmosphere lead to success. It's clear why this place is always so busy, especially when live music is there. No live music on my visit, but my father goes often for the live music and never has anything bad to say about the place."

"I was a little disappointed this visit. I have been here many times over the years, and I thought this would be a 5 star review. The food was good, but portions are small for the price. And oddly, no celery with the very pricey (yet delicious) wings? The beer was very good. The new burnt ends- Yum. But all portions small, and $$$$. Our server seemed to be having a very bad day, and probably should not have been at work. All around, I won’t be rushing back."

"We had our annual company Christmas party out on the enclosed heated patio. Food was spectacular. Service was a little slow- only 1 waiter for our 20+ group - he did the best he could."

"Oh no no no.....Carolina Blues, yas let me down! I have been a die hard fan for 9 years. Everytime someone asks of a good bar/food (I know this establishment is a restaurant as well) I HIIIGGGHHHLLLLYYYYYYYYY recommend this place and put my name in it. Well, I had a dinner date with a dear friend who: 1) Was celebrating a personal growth anniversary 2) Has never been to CB. Of course, I called and made rsvp days in advance (Hightop Table for 2). Due to Friday after 5p traffic I was running FOUR minutes behind, so I contacted CB and informed them of the little delay. The hostess politely informed me it was fine and she would ensure the table remains vacant. Once we got inside (5 mins delay), we provided our info, the hostess was getting ready to seat us, but then informed us someone took it upon themselves and sat themselves at the table reserved for us (no food on the table). Please keep in mind, this area is not a Seat Yourself. Without asking us, if it was okay, the hostess then proceeded to sit us in the dining area....Negative, that was not the vibe we were going for. After I snuck a peek in the bar area, I noticed 2 vacant tables and kindly requested to be seated at one of them. What was the response my dear friends, "Oh you can't sit there; they are reserved"....Ummmmm, what!? Lol I respectfully responded by reminding the staff I had reservations and someone helped themselves to the reserved table so either the staff should politely inform the persons at the "reserved table" that the table was taken and to kindly move to another area or allow us to take it upon ourselves (like the other individuals) and seat ourselves. So now, the manager and I are standing in the middle of the bar going back and forth (not a Karen scene-lol) about the customer service, seating arrangement, and fortunately a cpl who was at the bar area was wrapping up and we were able to be seated at a Hightower table. So long story long, No matter how yummy the food is, I am in Disbelief with how my friend and I were treated, and I will def be taking a break from returning. On a positive note, the Special Margarita and Steak Flatbread was superb...as was my usual, 3 Meat Sampler. Waiter was kind."

"Had an early dinner with a party of six without reservations. We were seated promptly and received excellent service from the waitress throughout the meal. Drink specialties, appetizers and main course were delicious and enjoyed by everyone in our group. Will definitely return when in the area."
