"I love the jewelry but the sales associates and store manager are not the most pleasant. I was basically forced to buy a warranty when I didn’t want one under the guise that it was “included” with my purchase basically removing the option for me to decline the extra fee. I wasn’t told that it was an additional charge and somehow per the associate and manager as a customer I’m supposed to know that it’s not free because nothing is free. And their excuse is that other customers get upset when trying to bring back items because they have no warranty like that has anything to do with me. I’ve never returned a thing and if something did break I just repurchased it. All I asked was that I was informed of the fee upfront instead of the dishonest sales approach to make their quota. Horrible customer service so I will not be a customer here ever again. Might as well go to Claire’s."

"I never realized how busy these locations can get! Went to get my child's ears pierced and it was a great experience. (I also got another earlobe piercing for myself ;).) The staff was friendly, made my child very comfortable, and completed the service quickly. They also had some very quality jewelry. I am very satisfied with the jewelry that we used for our piercings because its hard to find earrings that don't irritate my sensitive skin. My child had no pain afterwards and they are healing wonderfully. Thank you so much! I wish I would have got the staff members name so I could personally shout her out! This was on the lower level location of Springfield Mall during the weekday."
