"Got there when they opened for the day and brought it back home to eat for dinner. It tasted like they just pulled it off the grill. Yum yum"
"Quick service and the best steaks in Philadelphia. This has always been a stop for my family. This time, we had a gluten-free person in our party, and they easily made accommodations"
"Don't know if I could really judge or review because I'm not Philly steak eater, this was my 1st time. The portions are more than generous and the bread was perfect (so soft) , I just felt like it was missing something. The other people in my party seem to enjoy them. The fries (regular and seasoned - we all agreed were delicious, onion rings really good as well."
"This is not the same Jim's of 6 months ago. Everything about the cheese steak was bad. After I got in my car I looked at the Receipt, These people charged me .35 cents for Onion. I should have gone to WAWA I could have got two cheese steak for about the same price. Jim's charged $13.89 for a steak that's not even 12 inches, they're cRaaZyYy."
"The chef behind this grill is magic! His aura is awesome! Maybe the extra bit of love he cooks with is what makes the cheesesteaks here so delicious. We visited Philly for a few days, and on my nearly-grown "kid's" bucket list was trying as many cheesesteaks as he could in 2 days time. He put more research into this venture than his last term paper. From Leo's to Dalessandro's to Ishkabibbles, we hit 6 places. Don't get me wrong, his selections were 6/6 (all at the top of the cheesesteak game), but this Jim's Steaks location was IT! My son went for no frills cheesesteaks with provolone, while I had mine with grilled peppers and onions. The onions here were food glitter. The bread was perfect. Everybody in line waiting on their food was doing the happy dance watching the chef cook. Two fellas left high-fiving each other. Not one person left without a beaming smile on their face ready to get their grub on. Honestly I would have hugged the chef if I could have. This stop was absolutely worth every bite. Props given."
