"Very poor customer service. The female staff just sat at the desk. She did offer to help the person in front of me after he waited for about 5 mins without being helped. But once it was my turn, I was not even acknowledged. She just acted as if she was done working. The male staff was chatting with another customer laughing and joking. I was waiting for about 15-20 mins then decided to leave after not being helped at all. I thought this would be a good place by the other reviews, but I did not receive any quality service. I would recommend others to try another establishment that’s more professional."
