"I had a good feeling going in but was overcharged for my tattoo. It was quoted at $100 for a simple line tattoo that look the artist 20 minutes. When I got to the appointment my artist said it was going to be $150, the hourly rate, because she had to make it bigger and added to it. I didn’t end up getting the added on part and was still charged the more expensive price for the 20 minutes of tattooing time. My appointment was also moved to their new location in Rising Sun and I was not told until I arrived at the Oxford location day of. It’s a nice place but I wouldn’t go back due to lack of customer service on my artists part."

"Had an issue with black ink spreading away from actual original tattoo and Rachel made it right and preserved the most important part of the original tattoo! Love the new watercolor work!"

"I emailed the shop for a consult on something I wanted done. They answered within a few days and my appointment was setup the same week. Shannon was super nice and great to work with. My tattoo appointment is in a few weeks and I am so excited. Also, the shop is in a great location and is very nice/clean inside."
