"Over filled the oil. Didn't tightened the drain bolt or oil filter properly. Had a puddle of oil in my driveway the following day. Looked underneath and I could turn the drain plug by hand, an oil rag was stuffed around the oil filter which was also loose. Workers were laughing and joking the whole time and not really paying any attention to what they were doing. All very unprofessional. Ill never go back."
