Sam's Super Service - Gas & Car Wash 290 U.S. 40, Elmer, NJ 08318

"I paid $10 to use their car wash and it failed to operate. I took the number from the wall and called when I got home and I was told I could get a refund. Today I drove the 9 miles for the sole purpose of getting my money. Not only was I treated with disrespect but they refused to refund my money. I am a senior with a very limited income and $10 is a lot of money to me. On top of that I had to waste my gas to drive 9 miles there and 9 miles back home again. I worked for 32 years dealing with customers and I would have lost my job if I treated a customer the way I was treated. I am not from the area and did not know that the gas station and convenience store were in charge of the car wash or I would have walked over there and spoke to someone right away. This is a very poor way to run a business."

"Got the workbook and DVD for a hunting license there. I called a bunch of places on the list from Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties, and everyone said they didn't have any. I called Sam's and the guy said they have a whole bunch of them. They seemed pretty nice when I went in there too."

"the short older gentleman with a camouflage hat, that just pumped my gas had the best customer service that I have witnessed in a long time! He had the best personality and the brightest disposition on a very cold wintry day. Needless to say he made my week just getting gas for the day! we sure could use more of you in this world ! "Local stop...gas prices are pretty average for the area, owner is great. Always have fishing bait. One of the few places around that has the state's hunter education material that I recently needed to get for my son."

"A terrible place to do business! There is always a problem. Too long of a wait for gas on most days. They dont know how to work lottery and the employees play lottery on the clock. You think you're buying tickets back to back but they are pulling the next one without you knowing. Employees always have an attitude. I will make sure i drive to Wawa for whatever I need from now on. Don't waste your time here. Its only a headache!"
