"Was on my way from Baltimore to Rahway, NJ and experienced a tire pressure issue. Contacted AAA for assistance but spare wouldn’t allow me to make it to either place. Googled and found Mr. Tire but because of the time (Sunday 4:20pm) was told that they couldn’t help me but recommended Monro. Called, spoke with Nick, explained my situation and he told me to come in and he would assist me. I got to the shop at 4:40pm, the shop attendant was waiting for me at the door. Nick asked me to give him my keys and they’d take care of it. Nick gave me the choices of tires, services that were available and all was completed in a reasonable time. Because of the timing, I decided to head back home. On my way out, he said to me, “Be safe going home”."

"Excellent service. We had an emergency flat tire repair, our insurance company sent a truck to mount the spare tire. The spare tire was questionable according to the tow truck driver. I drove to the nearest exit and pulled into Monroe Auto service station. I explained the situation and that we were headed for our vacation. They repaired the tire ( didn't try to upsell me a new tire) and re-mounted it within a half hour. Also they didn't charge us for the service since we were on our way to our vacation! Who does that?! Great service, great people to work with. Highly recommend."
