"Just wow. Don't waste your time. They turn patients away. Nobody here cares about your mental health. And now by looking at my response from this establishment tells me all anyone needs to know. You tried to bash me because of a "dispensary review " . People who utilize these businesses have every right to know what kind of service they receive whether it be bad or good. I was nit once told that they weren't taking patients when my paperwork was picked up. The other lady said that the date on the paper was before your "deadline". Some people work the hours you're open. You actually had the audacity to come here to try to bash me now even coming in and asking for help. And FYI I have my card and yes I do partake in the dispensary because of my neuropathy and ONLY FOR BED. Also, out of over 55 reviews I've given, the 38 of them have 3 to 5 stars . I'm glad you showed your true colors as a response to my review. You are bullying someone who asked you for help. Plus i was definitely turned away when i handed in the paper. You cant say you dont. So next time, make sure you get your public bashing in order."
"Don’t waste your time I guess. Not only was I initially given an appointment that I didn’t know I had until a few days before and was told the wrong time, I got sick and am currently still sick and was given a “oh maybe you can do a telehealth appointment but I’m not sure” and then I get a voice mail from Ms. Sierra who I’ve been playing phone tag with who says if I don’t come with a doctors note by October third I will be discharged. I already went to urgent care and they don’t give notes after you leave they will want you to be seen again… which takes time and money I quite frankly don’t have. I tried calling to speak with literally anyone but I’m 30 minutes too late of course. I just don’t think this is fair, their voice mail literally says stay home if you’re sick and Ms. Haillee(?) said this appointment HAD to be in person and if something happens please call which is why I didn’t expect a telehealth call and I did call to explain that I was literally running a fever and was given a voice mail. I did NOT no call no show, like I’m being accused of."
"My son has benefitted greatly by attending Key Point. All of the staff that I met were caring, professional and did an outstanding job working with the patients. They do follow ups to ensure the patients are adhering to rules and regulations. I greatly appreciate the time and effort Key Point put forth helping my son live a normal and independent life."
"Terrible place. Only thing that i liked was the therapist. All the office staff and psychiatrists are ignorant. They never answer the phone and when you do you wish they didn’t due to there unprofessionalism. I can not believe the way they treat people here considering it is a mental health facility. Please do yourself a favor and take your business else where."
"I had a horrible experience with one of the doctor's there. She was rude, ignorant, and prescribed the wrong medication for me knowing the potential side effects. This went on for a period of months. Then I stood up for myself. PRP is not an effective program for most or people would graduate and move on. Most of the classes could be taught to preschool students that have not had prior knowledge from their parents. They do their best to keep you in PRP regardless of if you need it or not. The only positive thing I have to say about Keypoint is that I have had two really awesome therapists. Just make sure you advocate for yourself throughout your whole experience!!!"
