"I was passing through on my way from Montgomery County to Ocean City, and my engine overheated after everything around had closed. Had my truck towed overnight, and dropped off the keys. I called a little after 7, and Wade called me back, let me know what was going, and had it fixed before 10. Everyone was super friendly, and they made a very stressful situation so much more manageable."
"I don’t use this Sunoco for service, but I stop in for snacks or gas here and there. Staff is nice and pleasant to talk to. Pumps are some of the fastest in town, which is worth it sometimes when all the other gas stations are the same price per gallon."
"THE SHOP RATE FOR OXFORD SUNOCO MUST BE ONE HUNDRED AN TWENTY DOLLARS AN HOUR THAT IS FUNNY AS HELL Not A good place to go for your tires and Auto repair at all the price are way to high I say this because I took two tires In to have them put on the rims that I removed from the car all they had to do was to dismount the two old tires from the rims and mount the two new tires and balance it should have taken less then a half hour of work and I still pad six one dollars for this.would hate to see a bill for a a major job. that should have been a hour shop rate for auto repair and Most independent repair shops charge between $70-$90 per hour and most dealerships charge between $80-$125 per hour"
"Took our 2004 Kia Sedona there to find out why it was over heating. Waited a week till they even looked at it. Found out the head gasket needed repair (covered under warranty), but it was recommended that another $700 worth of work be done (not covered). Told owner to just fix warranty items (other problems were an easier fix and could be done at home). Took additional two weeks; three weeks they had the car. Car was returned to us in worse condition than when we brought it in. The motor whined and was difficult to start. The water pump now leaks. Didn't have these problems before Sunoco had vehicle."
"I brought my vehicle in to have new tires mounted and balanced. The gentleman working on them broke my lug and did not have the proper tools to fix. I had to go back two days later for them to fix and they charged me to $97.00 for new lugs when they broke them. They admitted it was their fault, inconvenienced me of having to come back then charged me extra to fix what they broke."
