"We arranged for our wedding, guests at the end of the night to catch a shuttle back to their hotels if needed and it worked out great! The price point was within budget, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We did a 3 hour contract with one 33-37 passenger shuttle, and I’m glad we were able to work with Executive Transportation to make this available to our guests!"

"Horrible experience with this company. We booked two 37 passenger vehicles following our wedding with the expectation that we’d have transportation for 70 people. They sent one 37 passenger vehicle and one 10 passenger vehicle. The driver of the larger vehicle was extremely rude to all the passengers. Wouldn’t allow music to be played, wouldn’t turn on the air conditioning in 80 degree weather, and took us to the wrong destination at first. I reached out to the company for an explanation and partial refund considering all the mistakes they made and nobody will get back to me. Would never recommend their services to anybody."

"Bad vibes. He wouldn’t let us to connect to music. We had to pull out our own speakers to play music. The driver literally pulled over and yelled at the bride and groom for singing to loud. Told us to be be quite the rest of the ride. There was a lady in the front passenger seat that was very mean. They didn’t know how to get from Fenwick to Fagers Island. If you’re planning a wedding and want to have fun, don’t book these guys. If you’re looking for a quite lame ride to an after party then it’s okay to book these guys."

"The limo bus we booked in 2022 broke down the day before our June 2023 wedding, life happens. The issue is Executive Transportation expected us to pay the higher 2023 rate for a lower tier bus as a replacement. My husband had to negotiate a fair price over a complication presented by the company, when he should have been enjoying the wedding weekend. On wedding night, the bus arrived and took about 12 passengers, leaving the bride and groom behind. Guests were yelling "the bride & groom are not on yet!!" and the driver continued to leave the venue. This left me, my husband, and our entire wedding party waiting in the cold. People ended up calling Ubers, making the shuttle a complete waste of money. We originally booked a party limo bus and had the anticipation of a high energy trip from wedding to after party. Being forced to have the standard bus and then being left in the parking lot was such a disappointing contrast to my expectation. Technically, the bus got us there fine and transported to the correct places. The driver was friendly. We had a great customer service experience leading up to the wedding weekend, very communicative and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the wedding day experience and arguments over pricing took away from the friendly phone calls we had when booking."
