"The mechanics are very good and knowledgeable .Matt was informative and answered all my many questions . He kept me up to date on my repair. I’ve used them exclusively for many years They are trustworthy and honest. That is important !"
"My tire pressure warning light came on my car dash this afternoon, I pulled over and could clearly see a nail in the tire, and even wet it to make sure that is where the air was escaping, so i stopped at Mr Tire in Woodbury Heights and asked them to plug it. Two hours later they told me they couldn't plug it because it had wear and damage to the sidewall and I would have to get a new tire for almost $200. I asked if they could plug it and put it on the back, and again they said no. They gave me all kind of reasons, including the DOT wouldn't allow it, they were a chain and it's not allowed etc etc. So I told them it was a RIP off, but I had no other choice. The guy on the register said he had one tire to match mine in the back. So I said put it on cause I have no other choice, you have me over a barrel I'm stuck and you know it, and taking advantage of it. I get home and find it's not the same tire, its an Iron man tire, and all my other tires are gooyear it is however the same size. After almost 3 hours to get my tire plugged, it cost me almost $200. and they didn't put the same make tire on, as they led me to believe they would. Will never go back to this place. I saw them drive my car into the shop and they never put air in the tire and it was almost flat after sitting for two hours, so if there was damage to the sidewall, they did it. I'm a veteran, and 78 years old, so obviously I wasn't born yesterday. It was very obvious, this was all about the money. What goes around comes around."
"Refused a tire rotation because my daughter refused to spend $500 on two tires. Stating her tires were unsafe, telling her the tires were 30% and too low to rotate to the back. The rears had 80%…. So it’s unsafe to take tires from the back with tons of tread and putting them on the front where there is less tread currently? What kind of lazy hacks do you have working there. That’s what I get for being lazy and not using my own equipment and ordering them online like I usually do. Bravo, Mr tire. Bravo for trying to take advantage of a young female. Hope y’all feel good about yourselves."
"Matthew and Connor were really attentive. I walked in with a flat tire and thankfully they were between appointments and had time to check my tire for me. After further inspection it was deemed I needed a new tire which they had one left for. It was a perfect option for me as I’ve had troubles with that tire to begin with. These guys had me in and out in about a half hour which was, in my opinion, very quick! They explained the pricing, what the treads meant, and what to look out for moving forward. Definitely will be going back here for all of my services moving forward. Thanks guys!"
"This mechanic was an absolute joke. We took it in for an easy tire and oil change, same day maintenance. All was good until I received a call saying my brakes were critically low and needed to be replaced. Then a following call saying they had broken my Brembo calipers. They said they would replace it for free since they had broken it. When arriving to the shop to pick up my car I inspected the car to see if they had actually replaced it just to find out they had slapped on some ugly after market caliper claiming it was the same thing. We tried asking for the old calipers back but they refused claiming they need to send them back to get money back for something they broke, despite me never saying it was okay for them to take the old ones. We then decided to take the car for a test drive just to make sure it was safe, it wasn't. We took the car around the block and when I pressed the brakes they went all the way to the firewall. We told them this was unacceptable and that they needed to fix this. They took it for a test drive AFTER handing me keys prior, claiming it was safe. They agreed something was wrong and would have to fix it. As it turns out they had forgotten to bleed the brakes. In conclusion don't EVER come here unless you want more damage done to your vehicle. In the photos below you will see what I used to have (OEM), versus what they claimed was the same thing despite coming from an aftermarket site (New Part Box Pictured)."
