"THEY CAUSED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGE AND REFUSED TO CORRECT THEIR WORK AND RESTORE DAMAGE!!!!! STAY AWAY!!! Buyer beware - these guys are a joke! Worse than just being incompetent, they refuse to take responsibility. They destroyed my vehicle by incorrectly installing a Mercedes windshield (after trying to get over by using non-OEM generic glass), they damaged my paintjob with chemicals and the defective installation led to water damage including oxidation below the floor board, wildew of the interior and electrical failure."

"Outrageous labor rate ($165/hr + trip charge)... Need my glass shower resealed with silicon and a jamb seal replaced. This is not a difficult repair but experience does help so I thought I'd give them a call since they originally did a great install. However, there is a $75 trip charge just for coming to the house (I get it even if I don't like it) but a WHOPPING $165/hr labor rate to do the repair??? Uh, no thanks. Have a nice day while I look elsewhere."

"We've been doing business with Go Glass for over 10 years. We have display cases in my store that have glass shelves, tops and fronts. On occasion these get scratches or get broken and we'd always call Go Glass to replace them. This past September, 5 months ago, we had them replace a glass shelf. Yesterday the shelf broke in half. We hadn't done anything different or added to the weight, it just broke. When we called to have them replace it, they said they could give us a discounted price on it. I told them that was unacceptable and they needed to replace it free of charge. They would not do that. In other words, they do not stand behind their product. Since when is it OK to sell a defective product and then make the customer pay for a replacement? We won't be doing business there again."
