"My initial experience was very pleasant, but upon return to have an issue with a tint job looked at, I had a negative experience. The owner became angry and cursed at me, walked away. To his credit, he did call me back and apologized for cursing at me, which I greatly appreciate, but we could not agree on a resolution. He offered to replace the tint at his cost, but I wanted it replaced at no charge. I didn’t appreciate him talking down to me telling me I had a bad attitude when I returned to his shop. I was polite until he told me I abused the tint and he became angry with me. We began to argue again (on the phone.) Stalemate. I hung up because our conversation was going to hell in a hand basket. Sometimes it’s best to walk away and call it a day…without using expletives. It’s not worth arguing over. At the end of day, it’s only window tint. C’est la vie. The world is still turning."
