"On there was one technician here the lights were all turned off and he was explaining to people that no one was there yet to do any intakes for any services. There was a lady that had a 7 AM appointment that had been waiting for over an hour, I had an 8 AM appointment and there were three gentleman also waiting for services. So unbelievably unacceptable- how do 5 customers fall through the cracks of one small department?"

"Would give it zero star if I could. Waited for an hour and a half after they started the service to learn that they cancelled it without giving me any update. The front desk person is nice but communication is absolutely horrible."

"Got my tires done here. They were affordable not a great price but afforable. But first my tires were definitely used not new it hasn't even been a month and the tread is already gone. On top of that the service sucks. They take your money try to charge you up, make sure you ask for your receipt cause they try to add on hoping you don't notice. Additudes suck then to top it all off they had me walk around the store waiting for ever never calling me to tell me my car is done like he told me told so I go check didn't they lock my car & keys up and and just leave. So then I spend another couple hours waiting for the rude manager to get my keys instead of arguing that it's myfault for not knowing the auto dept closes early most days"

"Wish I could leave zero stars. The front desk woman was very kind but the mechanics were rude and refused to service me at the last minute even with an appointment. Very disappointed and would not come back. I would strongly urge anyone coming here for service to go elsewhere."

"Update I had to come back to come back because of an issue that happened, however, I was treated like a queen and was in and out within 30 minutes. Sean, Que and Mr. Keith greeted me with open arms...literally. I will definitely be back. I came in for new tires and was treated so well. Mr. Keith advised walked me through the tire buying processing and even put my new windshield wipers on. What makes it 5 stars was that he was leaving for the day and found time to help me. I so appreciate it. The staff was great, it was a long wait because they were understaffed. However, I didn't mind the wait because the staff was helpful and very nice. Sean and Que were working without breaks. Que replaced my tires and I felt bad for him because he had worked non stop for hours trying to get cars back to everyone. Keep up the good work and I will be back."
