"Must say it sadden my heart the way Dr Leach and the stuff was today and this horrible experience. The attached pictures are from a car accident my son was in and he needed a follow up appointment after a concussion. So I called to make said appointment and the nurse, never once asked how my son was and on top of that was rude informed me that they do make appointments for this only physicals. So I asked her to have the Dr call me. Dr Leach called me back and gave me 3:50 appointment the next day. The staff called and asked me to come early. Then I waited 45 minutes and politely told the staff that I would need to pick up my daughter soon so I was wondering when the Dr would be in. Next thing I know Dr Leach opens the door and is totally beside her self and very unprofessionally tells me that she not sure when she’ll get to my son but that this is how her profession is and it’s not a hair salon!!! My twins have been coming to this office since they were born. So I’m sorry Dr Leach if your stressed but some human compassion and professional courtesy is what my son and myself deserved AND YOU DEFINITELY DIDN’T SHOW US ANY CARING AT ALL!!! Maybe you should think about how as a mother yourself you would want to have your child treat after such a horrible experience!!!"

"I have been going there for 3yrs and I used to like it but after 2 emergency visits I'm ready to go somewhere else. They schedule you for 4pm and when u show up on time only 1 doctor who's working late shift. So both times I'm there from 4 to 6pm so unacceptable. I would rather go to the emergency room then sitting in the office with no care at all. You're there with a sick 3year old for 2hrs. My advise go to a large practice where you will always find someone, this office has only 2 doctors"

"Dr. Leach and the nurses are caring and responsive to the health concerns of my children. She has been excellent in going above and beyond what a client would expect. Great bedside manner as well. My teens have grown to admire her. The staff fits you in when your child is ill which means a great deal. We’ve been at the practice for seventeen years."

"Both doctors are great. The staff is friendly and they always try to accommodate your schedule. After hours nurse is very prompt with returning your sick child calls. Both of my daughters come here. Love it!"
