"Replaced the swivel brackets on my boat trailer with their JAMMY aluminum brackets. Good heavy duty, quality product. Very reasonable price. Delivered within 6 days of ordering. One small caveat: they never updated the status of the order beyond “processed”, even as I write this. Other than that one small thing, it was a great experience."

"Placed an order for a fender. Used model number that matched measurement and even confirmed by calling. When I received the fender it did not fit. Wrong description with actual model number. I requested a refund and was told to ship it back at my cost and they would decide if they would refund! After speaking with the manager he explained it’s up to the customer to order correctly. He was very argumentative. He did end up refunding the cost but not the original shipping of $32.62. Right is right wrong is wrong! Why should I pay shipping when it’s their error. Manager Chris is not representing this company as he should."

"When I placed an order on Friday for two trailer stand winch assembly's, I asked about U-bolt kits for them. He told me I needed four square U-bolt packages and gave me the part number which I purchased. I paid extra for express shipping and was told I would receive the order in two business days. My $568.79 order came on Wednesday four business days. I opened the box and found that all U-bolt kits where 1/2" diameter and the winch stand holes are 3/8" diameter. Called customer support, told the gentlemen what had happened. He told me correct U-bolts where being shipped, I asked if they were being expressed shipped, because we are leaving this Saturday! His reply was "No" regular ground which means the package will take five to seven business days and be sitting on my front porch all next week while we are gone. Thanks a Lot, Can't Take the wave runners with because of their mistake, and the correct U-bolt package will be sitting on the porch so everyone can see we are not at home!!!!!!"

"My trailer hub outer bearing disintegrated and chewed up the spindle. An estimate to come out and try to polish the spindle was 250. An estimate for an aftermarket axle was almost twice that. I contacted the Trailer Parts Superstore, which is an OEM retailer for Karavan. We contacted the manufacturer, who was able to provide the OEM part number after I gave them the VIN. TPS had the axle in stock and recommended a HD U bolt kit versus buying all of the bits piecemeal. Picked them up this morning. The place was easy to find, had a HUGE selection and I was out in under 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and prices are great. This is my new go to for trailer parts."
