"If I had a dime for every time Matt and his team have looked at my truck when it wasn’t on their schedule or for every time Matt has answered an annoying Facebook message from me trying to figure something out…. I’d be rich. The only people I feel care about my truck as much as I do are the people at Hanes. Got lucky enough one day to get there at lunch time and Nancy even offered to make lunch for me too! You’ll never find a family so kind going to chains or dealerships. I found Hanes Automotive when Matt visited my business during Covid when I first opened and I’m thankful everyday that we connected!"
"The receptionist is a awful, nasty lady. This place is overpriced. The mechanics are very nice though."
"Matt replaced my fuel injectors in my 6.0 Ford diesel and did a excellent job. My truck runs perfect now. Will definitely recommend you bring your vehicles to Hanes"
"Hanes has done any major work needed for our 7.3 and 6.0 Ford diesels for probably 10 years now. I’ve always been treated fairly and every experience has ended positively. Would highly recommend for any work on your Powerstroke truck."
"Payed over 500 dollars to have my snow plow mount “professionally” removed, along with an axle swap for a separate cost. Came to pick the truck up and plow mount wasn’t with the truck. I had to ask for the plow mount back only for it to be cut into 4 pieces making it useless. The bolts holding the plow mount to the frame were all cut as well, so there was no reason to cut the mount if they were going to cut the mount and leave the other half of the bolts stuck in the frame anyways."
