"I have tried to get in touch with the new patient scheduler. I am not sure how long that should take. I don’t know if the call back same day, a day later, or more."
"I can only give 1 star because the doctor was very nice. The office staff is horrible. My first appointment, they gave me the wrong time and rescheduled me without my confirmation. I didn't know until the night before that the time had changed. At the first appointment, I had to schedule my follow up appointment. Turns out, I do not need this appointment, but when I checked their portal they had the wrong date and time. I would love to know how the office staff "works" since no one there answers the phone to cancel appointments or changes appointment dates / times without patient's consent. I had to actually call a different department to cancel my follow up since you cannot do that through the portal. I will never ever go back to this office."
"I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. My mother was being treated at Helen Graham for cancer by this office and team. Despite being post CVD, all appointments were virtual. How do you treat cancer virtually? It was very impersonal having my family huddled around a computer for doctors appointments. They told my family my mothers outlook was “very positive” and 2 weeks later she died at 54 years old. She had clear signs of edema for weeks that went ignored by Palpolis office despite her having to go get fluid drained weekly from various parts of her body. I read her bloodwork and it was off the charts for most things they tested for, for weeks yet they continued the narrative that “things are working”. The saddest part of all is that my mother could hardly speak so she used the online portal to message them about her concerns and all they replied was “we added this to your chart.” Verbatim, every message. Not once did they speak to her like an human being, address her concerns or give any advice. Imagine going through the worst time of your life and being ignored by the one person that’s supposed to help you. They collected their checks from insurance and called it a day. You know what Penn does? They have 3 people call you post appointment or procedure just to chat and see how you are or they message you in their portal if you don’t answer the phone. No one on the “care team” here could be bothered. If we could go back, this is the last place I would have chosen for treatment."
"I received a voicemail re: confirming my upcoming appointment. The number the call was placed from was a robotic dialer and of no use. After searching the internet for the correct number I attempted to call the office only to be automatically put on endless hold numerous times. I would rate the physicians 5 Star but communication definitely 2."
