"I'm going to give them 5 stars even though it took awhile for someone to answer the phone. They brought out my tires and helped loaded them in my car. Then I decided to have them come out and mount and balance the tires. They did a great job! It was nice to have it done right in my driveway."

Call their front desk when you arrive, and the tires are brought out to your car. No need to get out of your car they do it all for you. Employees are friendly and helpful."

"Ordered some wheels that looks like they originated from this tire rack location. By the time they made it to my house 3 were damaged. Now one wheel looks like it was damaged from dropping it most likely the package handlers at ups but the other 2 wheels has paint peeling on back of wheel. Poor quality control at tire rack for the two wheels and the other wheel I don't know where it happened. Never again."
