"I've used the Edible Arrangements in Washington Township quite a few times for last-minute gifts since I procrastinate with everything I do. The customer service experience is top-notch, and if I don't know what I'm looking for, they always suggest the perfect option. The fruit, even in the off-season, is always the freshest and never over-ripened. Their chocolate is one of the best I've ever tasted. I recommend this Edible Arrangements 100%."

"While traveling last week, a colleague of mine from Boston, with whom I was working, made the courteous offer to send my wife an Edible Arrangement. A great idea, I thought, given Edible’s penchant for customer service, fruit quality and freshness. Sadly, not this time. After confirming a delivery time range for the item so a family member could be at our home to receive it, the item was not delivered - but a note was left behind to call the store for follow up. We watched our Ring doorbell to see what we missed and the driver pushed the camera button on the doorbell, not the actual bell. So, we “missed” the delivery. After a series of calls and waiting, over 2 hours later, we drove to get the arrangement. To that end, the fruit quality was not what it normally is (this delivery netted my wife soggy fruit and a grainy texture to the chocolate dipper strawberries. Was there an ownership change at this store? Just a bad day? Anyway, not so sure I’ll be rushing back. Just a very non-plussed experience."

"My Husband ordered this roses for Valentine’s day, arrived on 2/13/23 no even 24 hours have been pass and the roses are almost dead. I told him dont ever buy from this store again wasting his money could have better flowers at Shoprite for $25 dollars instead of paying $150.00 with some strawberries that also were really bad."
