"I was in this store for the first time today and I’ve got to say the folks there were so friendly and helpful!! The woman(sorry I didn’t catch her name) at the desk helped me find the correct size wiper blades I needed for my vehicle. The cashier Nick was kind of enough to replace the wipers right there in the parking lot! 10/10… would shop here again!"
"Terrible service! Went to get a new car battery from this store and they refused to put the new one in and the old one out where it is advertised that they can do this service for you. Came up with a bunch of lazy excuses to why they would not replace it and had all the tools in hand to do so. You guys are lucky I was not stranded on the road because of this and got a “sorry we can’t help you, have a nice day”. I regret spending money on a new battery at that location. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and going to the Woodbury store, such a shame because the Mantua store is right around the corner, please do not call me to explain as you have done more emotional harm than good!!"
