"I took my car in to have them look at it. For a diagnostic .The price of the repair needed. They said was over $400 more then then what other places I had called around to said they could do it for. So when I picked up my car the steering wasn't right I had said something to the man behind the counter at time before I left their shop. I got home opened my hood and my serpentine belt was just sitting on top of My engine they never bothered to put the belt back on my Car. It really makes me wonder if they even did the diagnostic check that I paid for. That is a picture of where my belt was when I opened up my hood."

"I pulled in at 4:30 and all the bays were open. I noticed two, possibly three employees when I walked in and asked for an oil change. They told me they were closing and that the guys were cleaning up even though I noticed they were open until 5pm. I know an oil change takes no longer than 20-30 minutes, at most. They told me they could schedule it for another day. They lost a customer that they could of earned today. I will never come back and was very disappointed."
