I called expecting the worst because it was late in the day but to my surprise the gentleman on the phone said no problem. "I ordered a Memorial bouquet for my son's wedding This past saturday. The bouquet was beautiful more than I had expected and the flowers are still blooming 5 days later. The bride's bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. The owner even put sequins On top of the roses. He was on time and the order was exactly as ordered."

"My daughter ordered a sunflower arrangement $110.00 for me with balloon was promised a mother's day delivery. On Tuesday after mother's day received half dead half wilted flowers no sunflowers no balloon. Stay away!!! I see what kind of circle this is one blames the other. Will let the BBB or FTC check it out the receipt says friendly flowers and address! Don't bother delivering more flowers you should just give her a refund and make it right. Up date! Mother's day was last week by the way! I left message to give a refund! DO THE RIGHT THING!!!!"

"I would NOT recommend using this florist. I wish that I had read the reviews in advance. The responses to bad reviews show how rude the staff at this florist are. I ordered a boutonniere for prom. We sent photos and agreed on the flowers included in the boutonniere. My son picked it up the morning of the prom, and the flowers were dead. Even the one "alive" flower was half dead. My son attempted to rectify the situation and could hear the florist in the back screaming at the front-of-house staff member when they expressed my son's concerns. He shouted, claiming that we never agreed to the baby's breath, which I have in a text from the florist. I called to attempt to work with the florist to have a new boutonniere created since it is now 12:30 p.m. on prom day. The florist screamed at me on the phone, telling me that he was not God and that he could not do it because it was Mother's Day weekend and he was busy designing. I said that it was also prom, which was also important to us. He screamed at me and called me rude and ignorant because I said his design did not look good and asked if he could fix it. I never raised my voice or called him any names. He then hung up on me. Well, I guess Windsor Flowers is God because as busy as they were that afternoon, they created a boutonniere that was exactly what we wanted. I showed them the exact same picture that I sent Friendly Flowers (not so friendly), and Windsor Flowers in Rehoboth had it ready in 15 minutes. Thank you, Windsor! Friendly Flowers, you provided not only not a good product but well beyond bad customer service. Thank you for the refund. I called back and left a message for the owner, which may be the designer that yelled at me earlier, and no one has returned my call. Attached are photos. I am sure that you can tell which was the Windsor Flowers lovely creation. This is my first ever negative Google review but necessary to save other's from such ugly customer service. I never cussed or screamed at you. That was your behavior. You are blatantly lying. I ordered a week in advance. I sent the exact photo that I sent you to Windsor Flowers and they made a beautiful arrangement. Your incompetency is the reason for this negative review. You are showing your true colors by the way that you treated my on Saturday and your response here. Windsor Florist was amazing and came to the rescue to help a teenager for his first prom."
